The project is coordinated by the Fondazione Italiana del Notariato in partnership with the Cassa Nazionale del Notariato, the International Association of Judges, The Notary Chamber of Bulgaria and of Hungary.

Please find more information on the Project website:

The sit-coms provide interactive scenarios with simulation of practical cases and deal with cases and issues related to the application of the EU Regulation 650/2012.

Learning Objectives

The sit-coms aim at contributing to a uniform application of the EU Regulations 650/2012 on successions; 1103/2016 on matrimonial property regimes and 1104/2016 property consequences of registered partnerships through the presentation of practical cases with the possibility to choose different solutions.

The expected results are to reach a greater awareness of the content of the EU Regulations under consideration, improve the use of legal English related to the language used in the Regulations as well as their uniform application in the Member States.
