Fondazione Italiana del Notariato
The Fondazione Italiana del Notariato, set up by the Consiglio Nazionale del Notariato and the Cassa Nazionale del Notariato, has the purpose of fostering the knowledge of the historical and social role of the Italian civil law notary, to guarantee citizens' rights and public interest. It promotes and manages training and scientific research in the legal field, it publishes two scientific journals and undertakes international projects co-financed by the European Commission on subjects relevant to legal professionals
